The main dashboard is a home page that gives an overview of current staff and any requests awaiting to be approved by admin.

As the admin user, you have full use of this compliance system, each employee will be given their own unique login to access their portal but certain sections will be limited to ensure full administration control.

TRAINING & PERFORMANCE

Training - a place to upload video tutorial for staff to access and use to help planning sessions.

Performance - Appraisals & objectives are logged under this section, admin can assign to certain staff members and review.

THE EMPLOYEE

This gives an overview of each employee, including and medical conditions, emergency contacts, holidays and certificates they have attached which the admin can view or download as a PDF/Jpeg.

POLICY & SCHEDULE

Policy - Admin can add company policies & handbooks here and assign to all staff or individuals.

Schedule - Admin can schedule work to each staff member and add any additional notes they might require prior to their session.

REQUIRED/RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS

Required - Admin can add required qualifications here, which can then be assigned to the staff to upload.

Relevant - Any additional qualifications that are seen as good additions to the employee's portfolio can be stored here.

EQUIPMENT LIST

Equipment List - Admin can assign equipment to a staff member or location to ensure minimal loss and clearer understanding of stock levels

CHAT

Chat - The "chat" feature is a great way to communicate to staff, you can select "All" staff and compose a group message or click on an individual member of staff for a one to one chat, this is a great way to schedule appraisals, observations or review meetings.
